Quit Smoking and Quit your Fear

Your Quit Is Important!

If you are still on the fence about quitting your smoking, I am hoping you will reconsider.  You can find success for this to end!  It is possible.

You will need to find a great new reason to quit.  That is number one.  If you look at your life, and you keep your mind open, you are going to quit.  It is right in front of you.  The biggest reason that people continue to smoke is they are fearful that they will not succeed, and that things just will not improve for them.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Every day, your new life, your non-smoking self, is trying to communicate with you.  It is a spirit of kindness and respect to yourself, and it is speaking to you in a quiet and demanding way.  That is why you often have regrets, feel sad, have some down days and you are not sure why.  It is your new life being constantly turned away, when it only wants to do good for you.

You are your own worst nightmare sometimes.  You make decisions, close your mind off to change and good things to come by not simply allowing yourself to grow and become the beautiful person you already are.  Let yourself in, find the soft speaking kind voice, and let it tell you a story about your new life to come.
