Quit Smoking and Quit your Fear

New Year New Day!

If you are having some real scary thoughts about another year being almost over, and a new one beginning, I understand your stress.  You are thinking about how you are getting older, and still are smoking.  You see yourself alone as a smoker, and often the only one outside smoking.

You are not alone!  You do need to relax, and let yourself become the new you.  It is as simple as that.  When you are ready to quit your smoking, you will find your reason to quit.  The very fact that the new year brings up a reminder of your smoking becoming a crutch and not a positive thing in your life, is a very good sign.

You are going to be very powerful soon, keep up your resolve to find your quit.  Keep reading about positive change and momentum.  Enjoy your holidays, and do not quit smoking or cut back until you find that reason to quit.  You need to make those cigarettes less special in your mind, you need to see that the new life ahead is way more precious.
