Stop smoking with your Word

You can not begin to stop smoking without your basic beginning to your new life, your commitment to quit.  Often times a this is called your quit.

It is a simple statement, but it means so much more.  You can evolve back into the non-smoker that you really still are, by becoming a new person, and by finding the reason to quit.  It is your choice.  You need to handle the quit entirely on your own, and manage cigarettes in your own and unique way.

Not only are you reclaiming your life, but you are taking back your mind.  Being a smoker is more than inhaling smoke into your lungs, more than a health risk, more than a body addiction.  It is a mindset that you need to tackle and overcome in order to realize you are actually a non-smoker deep down.

Your mind has been sucked into a world of excuses and reasons why you must continue to smoke.  Once you tackle each one of these issues, you are going to find a great new world has opened for you.  Being a smoker is more than just smoking. It is a mindset that continues the path of addiction.  Stopping the addiction is the only thing you are going to lose.

You have everything to gain by your quit.  Each day belongs to you, not your smoking brain.
