Quit Smoking and Quit your Fear

Smoking is Your Boss

Have you been bossed around long enough?  It is time for you to regain your strength, and really see life as it truly is, your own.  You are not going to be consumed by smoking one more year.  It is becoming too much for you, and you have had it!

Here are the ways that Smoking Chooses to control your life:

1.  You have to Step Outside:  Often you are outside, all by yourself, lighting up, and smoking that cigarette, as fast as you can, to get back to the action.  You miss out on family action, work interaction, and many social occasions.  You are always outside, where everyone else is inside, discussing movies, business, kids, and playing games.  There is so much you miss out on.

2.  Cigarette Plans:  You can not go a day without having to constantly plan how you are going to buy cigarettes.  You have to stop yourself from life, to buy, smoke and then plan this entire process once again. Just like food, you think you have to have your nicotine.  The truth is, you do not need nicotine to live.  You can give up all this crazy planning, on where, how and when, once you decide to quit.  Take back the time spent, but more so, take back the mental exhaustion of smoking.

3.  Your Mind is Consumed:  You are now understanding how much energy goes into your smoking.  If you objectively look at it, you are realizing how crazy this path is.  You are spending your valuable time just maintaining your smoking.  What more could you be doing with your time?  Could you connect with your family more?  What about your career, would you be more focused on your business, and create a better outcome in your income?

Think about the control that you allow your cigarettes to hold, and that you allow all of this happen.  Decide now and forever to complete your quit, and make it happen!
