How much of your day is spent just thinking about how you are going to complete work and home tasks, and sneak in that cigarette? If you took the time you spend holding out on life and smoking, you would be amazed at the years you have spent just working through a smoke.
Now that smoking is becoming less and less cool in our society, it is often a sneaky time for you as well. You often have to hide the smoke from work, as many companies are working the health part of this addiction, and trying to bring health care costs down by ensuring workers are not smokers. This ridiculous requirement is really not OK in my book, but it is key to think about the underlying reason this is happening.
You want to be a healthy person, and you need to be dedicated to your health, and not the addiction. If you evolve your mind more into finding a real change, you will ensure that you are going to be a non-smoker once again.
There are no good ways to quit if you keep thinking about cigarettes as your precious little pleasure, or by concentrating on cigarettes as the most important crutch in your life. If you realize that you need to quit for you, and you are dedicated to opening your mind to this idea, you will not need a crutch any longer.
You can use the ability to concentrate on your career, your family, and things that make you happy. Cigarettes should not be apart of this list. If you ensure that you are gaining by quitting smoking, you are going to find you are a great ex-smoker, and the success factor will never be questioned.
Ensure that you are ready to quit, and when you do, remember you have everything to gain when you quit, not the other way around. You are losing everything you love when you smoke, you have everything in your life to gain when you quit.
