Stress is really a terrible health concern. It is a major contributor to many weight loss issues, long-term illness like heart, lung, and brain diseases. It is linked in many ways to full body problems, immune disorders, and is a major health crisis for our country.
Are you ready to see some improvement in your stress levels? Can you cut out your working schedule, maybe cut it down a bit? What about saying no to many of your family demands of your time? Are you in a busy period where you are a care giver, and it is necessary for you to wear many hats?
You do not have to cut back. You need to remove your stress by not adding to it, of course, but even bigger, if you are smoking, you are going to have to quit.
Many smokers have this idea in their heads that they need a smoke to calm down. What you do not realize, is that the nicotine whirlwind you are on, is actually a stress trigger. If you did not have to feed that little green monster, you could really begin to better calm yourself.
Imagine not having to be the victim of nicotine addiction. You would not have to constantly plan and focus on when you could sneak out for a cigarette. If you are on patches, you are only doing this circle in a different way, and you are still stressing yourself out by constantly supplying the nicotine, and working the process.
Do not fool yourself! You are stressed when you smoke. It is a false idea that it calms you down. Think about this, and make it your own idea.. You have the power to remove this great and evil stress from your life. You are in control of it, do not let it become a bigger force in your mind. You are in control of this stress. Stop it, and do it soon.
